Returns and refunds

Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of utmost importance to the brightlighting.com.au team.

Please note brightlighting.com.au does not Refund or Exchange goods unless they are faulty or damaged.

Whilst we take great care to ensure that your items arrive safely, sometimes breakages do occur during transit. Please check your items carefully and report any damaged goods to us within 14 days of reception.

brightlighting.com.au will not be held liable for breakages that are not reported to us within 14 days of receipt.

Making a Return

If you want to return a product to us for a refund or exchange because it is faulty or damaged, you can do so through Australia Post. Please contact our customer service consultants by emailing sales @brightlighting.com.au or by calling 02 97094948.

 

Refunds

To process a refund, brightlighting.com.au will:

  • Credit your credit card
  • If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs

Exchanges

To complete an exchange, Please contact our customer service consultants by emailing sales@brightlighting.com.au or by calling 02 97094948. If there is a difference in the price of the products involved in the exchange, please tell us how we should refund or charge you.
